More than just a piece of clothing, our sweatshirts are reminders of resilience, empowerment, and hope. My mission is to spread hope and bring comfort through embroidery to those suffering from chronic pain or invisible illness. Many of my sweatshirts feature encouraging quotes, however, all of my designs are fully customizable!

Welcome to Just A Girl Workshop!

Just A Girl was born out of one of the hardest seasons of my life. Through my own
experience with chronic illness and watching loved ones navigate invisible conditions,
I found myself wanting to create something that brought real comfort — not just
physically, but emotionally. That's where this shop started.

Just A Girl doesn't mean 'just' a girl. It's for the ones embracing their femininity,
the ones carrying hard things with quiet strength, and everyone in between. No matter
your story or your season, this shop exists to spark creativity and hope through simple,
custom embroidery made just for you.

As part of my commitment to giving back, a portion of every sale goes to the
Psychophysiologic Disorders Association — to support awareness, aid research, and
connect people to the tools they need on their healing journey.
