Which courier do you use to ship the packages?

I use “Correos” (the Spanish national shipping service) to ship all the packages as it is the one that offers the most affordable prices. Here you have the direct link to the page in case you wish to track your package (if you ordered tracked shipping): https://www.correos.es/es/en/individuals

Tracked shipping vs. Untracked shipping?

My advice will always be to choose tracked shipping if you can. I decided to offer untracked shipping as an option because international shipping is always kind of expensive and I want to give you as many options as I can. Also, because of COVID, packages are getting lost more often than before (specially if you are not ordering from Spain in this case).

I do NOT take responsability if an untracked package gets lost (I also DO NOT take responsability of lost tracked packages if the shipping address was incorrect). I won’t be replacing or refunding lost untracked orders as I can’t afford to do it unfortunately as a small business, so if you are ordering multiple items, please, take that into consideration when placing an order.

Customs taxes

I don’t include customs taxes on my packages, so you have to take care of any customs payments (if you have them) once the package arrives to your country!
