Returns and exchanges
• All returns are accepted if merchandise is in same condition as received.
• Please contact me for returns within 2 Weeks after receiving the item.
• Refund is given as Money Back.
• Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
Payment
• Payment methods are PayPal Checkout. This does not require a PayPal account and does accept major credit cards.
• Payment using Etsy Checkout which accepts all major credit cards or your Personal Payment Account.
• Money Order
• Personal Checks are accepted if you convo me prior to purchase.
Shipping
• Product is shipped the next business day upon receipt of the order.
• Product is shipped First Class using the United States Postal Service. You may upgrade your shipping preference to Priority mail. Please let me know in advance and I will create a private listing for the USPS upgrade.
• The print is shipped flat: placed in cello sleeve, enclosed in cardboard backing and protected in water proof envelope. For those foreign countries with size restrictions the 14 x 21" prints will be shipped in a tube.
• International sales may incur customs fees that are the customer's responsibility.
