Where will the order be sent from

Our order will be sent from California in USA or Guangzhou in China. If your order does not need to be customized and the shipping address is within the United States, we will send it to you from California. If your order needs to be customized or sent to Europe, it will be sent to you from Guangzhou.

Items lost or damaged

If your package does not arrive within the expected time, please contact us. After we verify that the package has been lost (it can be confirmed within 3 days), we can make free resending or refund for you.
