Bella Canvas ladies tank tops are typically on the smaller side.
Port & Co. long sleeve shirts are slim fit.
Comfort Colors tees and sweaters are retail fit.
J.America is typically on the smaller side.
District pants are a unisex retail fit with lots of room to lounge in.

* CARE INSTRUCTIONS. Machine wash warm, inside out with like colors, only non-chlorine bleach when needed, do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry low. Cool iron if needed, exclusive of decoration, do not dry clean.

Most of the items available in my shop are custom orders. Please fill out the personalization section with any special requests. Of course, you can always contact me before you order if you have questions.

I am not responsible for packages once the USPS has them. Please open a case with USPS to resolve the issue. All packages shipped will have a tracking number, please use the tracking number when opening your case.

You may have noticed that our packaging is different from the last time you ordered. We are currently exhausting the shipping supplies we now offer. We will now ship your items in black bags that are made with plant-based mailers that are compostable or in black smart mailers that are made from 100% recycled materials. Large orders that do not fit in bag mailers will still be shipped in recycled t-shirt boxes.

Please reach out to me to have a custom listing made. I will need the design, lettering, print color(s) and finish(es) along with quantity of each size, type & color of the garments you want.

I offer a 10% discount for orders over 10 and a 15% discount for orders over 25. All items must be identical and be shipped to a single address to receive a discount, so if you are looking for each item to have personalization (i.e. each person has their name or number on the item) then the group discount is not offered. Processing time is 5-7 business days on group orders.

* If you want to make a group order on items that are currently on sale, this is handled on a case-by-case basis based on supply and demand.

Print colors and finishes are usually shown in the last photo.
Color = the print color of the design.
Finish = the print finish. Finish is going to be one of three things.
matte (no shine)
metallic (shiny)
or glitter (has rough texture and sparkles when you move).
When ordering and asking for custom print colors, please make sure to use words to describe what you want. Do not ask 'make the colors look like a picture'. Colors & finishes will look different on different devices. I will ask you for confirmation and you will have to type out what you want for clarification. Not typing the colors and finishes you want when you order delays the processing of your order.

If you would like to have a mockup made, they are $5.

The estimated delivery date is based on your purchase date, the recipient's location, the seller's processing time & location, & the shipping carrier. Other factors, like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your item gets where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate. Please look at the delivery time frame shown on the item before purchasing.

Expediated processing & FedEx 2-day shipping are available on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to me before ordering either.

Please choose colors that represent your school, college, or team. Here are some tips:
* Choose glitter finish if you like attention.
* Choose a metallic finished if you like a garment that is unique.
* Choose matte finish if don't like to draw attention to yourself.
* Small details in a glitter finish may be hard to read.
* Textured glitter finishes may cause pilling on sweatshirts & hoodies.
* Use dark print colors on white or gray garments, as they will show up better.
