Returns and exchanges
In the event of a lost or undelivered package it is your responsibility to contact me within 5 weeks of the date of purchase to notify me that the package has not arrived.

If you do not inform me of a lost/ undelivered parcel within this time frame I cannot be held responsible for your purchase, and you will not be eligible for any form of compensation.

In the event of your purchase being damaged during shipping, you can return it to me within 7 days after arrival. Please return it in it's original packaging.

When returning products, the full product price is refunded, but the customer pays all shipping costs. You have to verify a return with me via email, and state the reason for wanting to return the item.

Your order can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact me via email for cancellations at katsasleep [!at] gmail.com
You can choose between the following payment methods: Credit Card, via PayPal or Paypal Payment to my Paypal account.

I can not be held responsible for cash, stamps, checks, or other similar means of payment sent though the mail. Receipts will be mailed electronically from paypal and etsy.

I am not responsible for extra customs charges or tax fees, payable by the buyer upon receiving the order.
All prints are shipped in rigid eco friendly packaging.

I ship worldwide. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery after the item has shipped. It usually takes me about 1 to 1,5 weeks to process your prints. If you order a print during the week, it normally ships the following week. For people buying from South Africa, please allow more time for your purchase to arrive, I have found the SA postal system a little tricky to navigate sometimes. Nothing has gotten lost so far, but sometimes things run a little slowly. I cannot be held responsible for the SA postal services. I do register all post to South Africa, so if you are wondering where your package is, please contact me and we can track it down.

I try to ship as fast as possible and will notify you should there be any delays.

Please note print paper is handcut and sizes are approximate. Sometimes prints are a teeny bit larger or smaller. I try to keep them all as close to A4 or A5 as possible. All prints have a border allowing room for you to adjust your print for framing. I am happy to do commissions, please contact me with any special wishes you may have!
