1 out of 5 starsI have a MAC computer, and this program was very hard to install. I had to download multiple things in order to attempt to install it. It took me three days to get to the point where I thought everything was installed. Once it was installed, it kept crashing. I reached out to the shop owner for help, and she kept telling me to refer to the manual. Thankfully, she did issue me a refund. Over all, it was a horrible experience and it did not work for me.

This software has worked for other MAC users. Not sure why it won’t work for you. Anyway, I have indicated in my listing that all potential buyers are advised to try the DEMO version before purchasing. If you had asked to try the DEMO before purchasing, I would have been more than happy to share it! :) And for everyone’s info, I will strictly stick to my shop’s NO REFUND POLICY after this, as I find buyers are taking me / my shop policy for granted, or some could even be doing this on purpose. So, please read through my listing’s description and shop policy thoroughly before any purchase. Thank you :)

1 out of 5 starsVery limited, overpriced, and many pictures can't be used. I'm having trouble with seeing pictures, loading png's end up being scattered thumbnails. Unintelligent color reduction (when you got 3 types of yellow and want to convert a 5 color picture (black, blue, and the 3 yellows) it will keep one yellow and make the other ones blue (stupid)! No rulers or anyway to relate the size of the things. Size increments are only in mm (the universe prefers inches). Stitch layout is awkward and unintelligent at times. It's almost like the programmer is purposefully trying to aggravate you death, because I can't imagine any human being that stupid. My 3 year old asks better questions about why it fails so much and is hard to use. I'm forced to buy another program...

If you had asked to try the DEMO before purchasing, I would have been more than happy to share it! :) Well, digitizing is not an easy task... It requires patience and lots of practices for one to master it. I believe the software is good as I've seen gorgeous results from some people who digitize with Sew Art. I have also managed to digitize my own logo (as pictured in my listing) and a couple of others as well...

3 out of 5 starsNot what I expected. Although fairly easy to use, it is a glitchy software that does not do justice to the pictures and several do not even populate on my sewing machine. Was a download so it was dispatched on time. Can't comment on shop as this is the only thing I purchased.

5 out of 5 starsGiving 5 stars because the shop owner has been super helpful, BUT I'm super bummed about the SewWrite program. Was super excited about it, but wasn't worth the money spent and really wish I had done the SewWhat that I demoed. I can't seem to figure out how to make the monograms look right on my embroidery machine. Has a variety of fonts, which is great, but you can't upload fonts that you've bought from other places. The SewWhat program I tried before buying this was much better and easier to use, so I suggest that one over the SewWrite program. Anyways, user error for not choosing SewWhat so just wanted to tell people to upgrade!

Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy / unsatisfied with my product, please send me a convo and I will work with you to rectify the situation. In any case of exchanges / refunds, it must be made within 30 days of purchase. Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Any costs (postage, etc) incurred during the exchange / refund process must be paid for by the buyer.
Personalized / Made to Order Items:
Unfortunately, there will be no exchanges and refunds for personalized / made to order items.
Digital Items:
No refunds will be issued on digital files.
Payment
Shipping
I will ship all items within 3 days of receiving payment (sooner if possible). However, made to order items will be advised accordingly in each listing.
Unless noted otherwise, I ship to the address listed in the Etsy transaction, so please make sure that it is correct.
Domestic orders will be shipped via PosLaju.
As for international orders, all items will be shipped via Pos Malaysia Registered International Air Mail with a tracking number (tracking is however only up to the date of item's departure from Malaysia). Shipping time may vary between 10 - 30 business days, depending on your location.
For certain items, I've added options for shipping upgrade. You can choose either International Economy / Express Saver. International Economy will take around 7 business days, whereas the Express Saver takes about 3 business days. If you don't see these upgrade options in your shopping cart, kindly send me a message for more info :)
Since signature is required upon delivery, I cannot ship orders to P.O.Box address.
All international buyers are responsible for any custom and duty fees that may be charged at destination point.
I am not responsible for any loss/damage during postal delivery/service. For this reason, I recommend insuring your purchases. Cost varies based on the amount of insurance desired. If you want insurance, please contact me before purchase.
