How long does it take for my digital download to arrive?
Your files will be available to download instantly once payment is confirmed (except access to my Ultimate Collection that will need a manual authentication process). Here's where:

Digital downloads are available instantly under your Profile>Purchases. Then just click on "Download" button next to your purchase. It can also be provided as a link in a pdf that you will need to click on and you'll be taken to an off-site webpage to be able download your files. This sometimes needs to happen because Etsy doesn't support files more than 20MB-100MB and we want to provide you with the highest quality files.

Can I get a refund for a digital product that I purchased?
Due to the nature of the product, I typically do not offer refunds after you have downloaded the item. However, I will only offer a refund if you have made an error in your purchase AND HAVE NOT downloaded the product yet.

The digital file is poor quality, what can you do to rectify this?
Our digital products are always made to the highest printable quality which is typically at least 300dpi for a PNG, JPG, TIFF. If you do claim that the PNG file is of low quality, it is normally due to the fact that the buyer may be attempting to stretch or expand the file way beyond its intended size that was mentioned in the listing. Another reason will be that the buyer may have tried to convert the file on their own and we simply can't be held responsible for the results.
From my buyer's experience, if you are using it in a Silhouette, Cricut or similar type software, the PNG may appear blurry on your screen. You will need to adjust your settings in order to properly handle PNG as these softwares mainly work best with SVG. However, I can assure you that the quality is not to blame.

In other words, you will actually need a SVG to upscale the file without loss of quality, so make sure that you have purchased the right file for your needs or ask us first if we have the file in the format you are looking for and we will strive to create it for you for purchase within 24 hours .
