1 out of 5 starsI ordered a heart wire ring over 2 months ago and haven't received the item! Money for the ring was paid via PayPal and there is no way that etsy has access to giving me a refund. I have tried contacting the shop owner multiple times and haven't heard anything back! This is frustrating and bad business!! Buyer beware!
