What are the dimensions of this piece? Are your stickers waterproof?
A: You can find this information on any of our items on the right hand side of the listing, if you scroll down and click 'learn more about this item'. Yes, our stickers are waterproof and able to withstand exposure to wind, rain, and sunlight for approximately 18 months. We recommend hand washing only after being adhered to drinkware.

When will my order ship? Why is it saying 'pre-transit'? I never got my order- can you help?
To find out when your order will ship, click on 'purchases and reviews', then click on 'view receipt', then click 'view shipping details' where you can find this date above the map.
Once you have a shipping notification email, your order has been transferred to the post office. Please sign up at the USPS site for text or email notifications on this package (when you click on the tracking number, directly underneath)
Please send us a direct message; however, we are unable to assist on any orders more than 3 months old; USPS tracking information is only valid for 120 days at which time it is no longer stored. If you haven't received your order, you must contact us prior to 3 months post your order placement date.
