Custom and personalised orders
Yes we do take custom orders. We just require a few measurement details to ensure correct fit of the item. Our clothing is in line with Australian standard sizing, however please contact us if you have any questions or advice, regarding sizing.
Care instructions
Be sure to gentle wash the clothing item for durability. Do not iron over the snaps as they may melt under the heat and hinder the use of them.
Handwash or gentle cycle.
All items are prewashed to prevent shrinkage and colour run.
Shipping
Please note that once a item leaves our hands it is out of our control. We will try our best to make the items as quickly as possible but can not quarantee shipping times. We post our items using Australia Post. We do try and keep an eye on whether your parcel has been delivered for our own peace of mind. If it is taking longer then expected we will contact Aus post to follow up.
If you haven't received your order by the Australia post specified timeframe please contact us to let us know and we will do our best to help you.
Please contact us prior to ordering if you are wanting to confirm a completion date or wanting a rush order. We will be adding a fee to this service as of January 2021.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We only provide the best quality of items. We encourage you to give us measurements of your little one to ensure a perfect fit, as each child is different. If you are unsure of any of our sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us. We do not return or exchange for change of mind. No exchanges or refunds on custom orders.
Do you offer a Pick up option?
Yes we sure do. We are based on the Gold Coast and are happy for you to pick up your goodies from us. Please send us a convo to organise a time for pick up.
Please use code PICKUP to waive the 'shipping' fee.
If this code has been used incorrectly (you do not intend on picking up) then we will cancel your order and ask that you resubmit it correctly.
Wholesale availability
As each item is handmade to order, we do not offer wholesale.
Safety notice
Our items do come with either buttons or plastic snaps. Please be aware that these can be seen as a chocking hazard for young children.
Plastic snap care
Always support the plastic snap with both hands when removing the clothing or dressing your little ones. This will help to prevent any pressure to be put on the fabric. This will ensure a prolonged life of your gorgeous outfits.
