This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from KinkyGirly (the “Site”).

If we are deemed to transfer information about you, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified. Other service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

As described above, we may use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you.
