CAN YOU MAKE ME A TOTALLY NEW DESIGN/CUSTOM PAIR.
In a word, no. Right now I'm super busy and custom designs take a lot of work that includes pattern making, drafting, sampling, pattern grading etc. Its a lot of hours of work and I would have to charge $$$ for it, because, well, I can't work for free, which I'm sure you understand. But I'm sure you dont want to pay $300 for a pair of knickers either.

Yes, I can do anything along these lines and usually for no extra cost, convo me to let me know what you are thinking of so I can make sure I can do it.
I AM A MAN AND WOULD LIKE TO ORDER YOUR DESIGNS FOR MYSELF
I get asked this a lot and what I usually do for men is make the crotch a bit wider, which makes them more comfy without compromising the design, there is no extra cost for this, you just have to let me know that they are for you in the comments to seller box on check out.
CAN YOU MAKE ME A PAIR TO ARRIVE THIS WEEK?
Everything in my store is handmade to order, that means I make everything and nothing is in stock. At quiet times my working time is about 2-3 weeks but at busy times it can be 8 weeks. I will always state these times on the front page of my shop, on the email you receive from Etsy when you order and under shipping on the listing.
WHY DOES IT TAKE 2 - 8 WEEKS TO MAKE MY ORDER?
Same answer as above, in quiet times I usually have 80 orders in my queue to make but it has been 600+ when I'm busy. Know that when I'm busy, I am sewing from the minute I get up till I go to bed, usually 7 days a week.
IS THERE TRACKING?
Unfortunately not, Royal mail charges an extra $10 for tracking and I find it doesnt really prevent anything from going missing. If you would like to pay extra for tracking please contact me before placing an order.
ITS BEEN TWO WEEKS AND MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET!
First off, I am in the UK and shipping internationally can take anything from 5 to 45 working days, depending on where you are in the world. I'm mostly asked this question from people in the US, usually mail to the US take 5-7 working days but it can take 3-4 weeks too. Mail arriving from the UK, usually goes into NY or Chicago, you might want to ask if the weather has been bad there or is there anything else that could be affecting the mail in the US. Please contact me if it has been over 4 weeks and your order has still not arrived.
