My Package has not arrived yet / stuck in transit, what should I do?
Sadly, once the package has been passed to the post office then there is nothing that I can do from my end. All I can ask is that you please wait for 1 week after the estimated delivery date, if it has not arrived after the one week time period then please message me and we can discuss what we can do from there. Please understand that there is not much I can do about a missing / late / lost package so I will try my best in doing what I can do to resolve this issue.
