Shipping
The items will be shipped to registered address on Etsy. If you want use a different address, please leave a message when checking out. Please make sure that your address is up-to-date and correct!
In case of loss or damage during the shipping I'm not responsible for it. If package will be returned to us as unclaimed or given address was incorrect - second shipping will be extra charged.
STANDARD SHIPPING:
I ship goods via registered air mail.
Expected delivery times are:
- Europe: about 1-2 week
- US and Canada: 2-4 weeks
- Rest of the world: 2-4 weeks
I package my felt items with care to be sure that it arrives to you undamaged.
Please expect longer delivery times around Christmas. I kindly ask to allow plenty of time for your order to come, especially if it is for a special occasion
