In the case of a return:
1 ) Buyer must also contact us within 72 hours of receipt of package.
2 ) The returned item must be SHIPPED back within 3 days of receiving your package
USA sales must Provide a Tracking number
3 ) the return must be in the condition it was sent in,.no rips alterations, smells etc. will cancel the refund
4 ) Any item associated with FREE SHIPPING, will have the shipping cost deducted from the refund.
5 ) Any ETSY or CREDIT CARD fees incurred with the return (charged to Lady Scarlett's Vintage) ,will be deducted from the refund.
6 ). LADY SCARLETTS VINTAGE IS NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS RELATED TO THE SHIPPING PROCESS.

LAYAWAY is available and we will reserve a garment for you while you make payments.
We require half down at time of purchase and the rest within 30 days. If original purchase is not completed buyer forfeits original deposit.

We take all our measurements laying flat on the floor, on the outside of the garment
Some clothes may be clipped on dress form to show best fit

Please compare measurements to a similar garment you already own for best fit.
