The quality is great, the customer service was flawless, and the shipping got my mug to me so quickly I had to wait a week after I got the mug before Etsy was ready for me to leave this review.

4 out of 5 starsThe mug is beautiful, thank you! The creative process with Ainhoa was very pleasant and fun. The cup has all the details we agreed upon, and Ainhoa put a lot of care into it throughout the entire process. Unfortunately, the handle broke along the way and insurance couldn't cover it.

Care instructions
All pieces are water resistant and dishwasher safe. The pieces are enameled with non-toxic enamels, being completely safe for food use. Hand washing is recommended to improve their resistance over time, but it is not strictly necessary.
