About LaPapierre
Stationery. Letters. Penpals. Friendship.
We are wife and wife duo Julie (long hair) and Denise (short hair). We love writing letters to our penpals and are living happily ever after in the Stationery Queendom.
Julie: French Canadian, started writing letters at 9 years old, wears dresses with tights, is a big fan of Vietnamese food.
Denise: American, started writing letters as an adult, wears jeans and t-shirts with Vans or Chucks.
We both: would eat sushi every day, have sons from previous relationships, and run the League of Extraordinary Penpals.

Think an item is missing? Please inspect your shipment thoroughly before contacting us as 95% of the "missing item" inquiries we receive can be easily solved by looking at the other side of the plastic bags (since we group our 12 sheet packs together). Don't find what you're looking for? Send us an email or convo and we'll be happy to assist you.
Shipping
You can normally expect your order to arrive within 5 to 14 business days of shipping date, although mail does take longer to reach certain customers, depending on where they live. Even though most orders get there within 2 weeks of shipment, some may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. Due to COVID-19, shipping times are more unpredictable than ever and some orders can take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.
