All of our products are made with plants that have been cultivated without chemicals or wild harvested in Michigan by our sister company, Herb Farm Botanicals LLC. The entire process from harvest to shipment happens on one property. This unique, integrated approach ensures that our products use the highest quality herbs available and both companies have a shared commitment to remain completely chemical-free.
Lavender Haus skincare products are formulated for sensitive skin. They do not include any added colors, preservatives, or fragrances. Most products are free of essential oils and if they are used (primarily in lip balms) the scent is very subtle. We source high quality ingredients (certified organic whenever possible) and use eco-friendly packaging.
Due to our focus to remain chemical-free, we make mostly dry formulations such as herbal clay masks, cleansing grains, bath herbs, and facial steams. The beauty of this type of skincare is that it doesn't require preservatives. You "just add water" and experience the wonderful, natural fragrance and topical benefits of potent botanicals. We also make naturally shelf-stable formulations such as salves/balms (available November through April) and sell lavender when it's available.
