Payment

- I only accept payments via PayPal, is the easiest and safest way to pay online.

-If the payment hasn't been done during the 7 days after the order date and haven't received any response by email, the order will be cancelled.

Shipping

- Packets will be sent within the period of 1-5 business days after payment.

- All items are sent by spanish post ("Correos"), by certified mail. All shipments have a tracking number.


- Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs charges that could arise from shipping.

- I will send the order to the address that you provide to me. Please ensure that this address is correct. If the package I is returned due to an error in the address, I will have to charge you again shipping costs.


- The painting will be sent in a cardboard roll / hard plastic to keep the painting in perfect condition to your destination.

- In the package will be attached a card by laxisca + a letter with the written story of the painting explained and signed by laxisca.
