5 out of 5 starsItem arrived broken with multiple pieces at bottom of box. Box was heavily dented and partially torn open on arrival. Upon reflection I know that it was a problem with shipping, which is why I can't give that a full 5 stars, however the quick response and willingness to work with me gets a 5 everywhere else. A shame, as it would have been perfect had it arrived intact.

5 out of 5 starsorder shipped fast and the product is well made and fits my wife perfectly after using the seller's advice in a note placed in the shipping box to heat in microwave to allow for more flexibility. A great addition to her renaissance faire costume!
