Custom and personalized orders

The pendants personalized with an initial or name have been hand stamped by me. I don't use a fancy computerized engraving machine like some of the shops at the mall, so they have a distinctly hand-made look. I would not send out a personalized item that hasn't met my high standards. I try my hardest to make each item something you or a loved one would be proud to wear.
Therefore, items personalized with an initial or name/word/phrase are not eligible for a refund. I made it just for you :)

Sizing details

Every item in my shop is made to order per your specifications. If you are unsure about the appropriate size for necklace or bracelet/anklet length please take a moment to measure. I suggest using a necklace you might already own, even a string or dental floss can be helpful in measuring.

I can also add an extender to your jewelry to make the length adjustable. Look in the "add-ons" section for silver and gold extenders.

If you do require an alteration in length please send me a message so I will know that your jewelry is on it's way back to me for an exchange and to discuss shipping instructions.

Care instructions

All metals (even precious metals) can oxidize or tarnish over time. Here are some ways to care for your jewelry and help it to last as long as possible:
• Store jewelry in an airtight container, a sealable plastic bag will do the trick.
• Gold and silver can be dirtied or dulled by the oils in your skin, body lotion, makeup, perfume or other substances. Try to keep jewelry chemical free to slow the aging process of the metal.
• Remove jewelry prior to exercising, bathing, swimming, etc.
• The chains I use are dainty but they are tough. If the necklace is tugged on repeatedly the chain will likely stretch rather than break. Keep away from grabby babies :)

Gift wrapping and packaging

Each necklace/bracelet/anklet/pair of earrings purchased will arrive in it's own gift box tied with a bow - ready for gift giving or just to make your day.

I can add a personal gift note if the order is mailed directly to the recipient. Just send me a message letting me know what you'd like it to say.

Shipments using USPS First Class Mail will be packaged in a yellow bubble mailer envelope.

Shipments upgraded to USPS Priority or USPS Express Mail will be shipped in the packaging provided by the United States Postal Service.

Discounts / Sales

I don't have sales, so you can feel secure knowing the item you purchase today will not be less expensive tomorrow.

Returns or Exchanges

If a return or exchange is necessary please contact me first so we can go over the ins and outs of shipping jewelry.

The item must be shipped back to me in original condition and in its original packaging, including box and padded mailer (so the sorting machines at the post office don't crush the contents.)

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Add tracking to your postage, if it's misrouted by USPS we'll need the tracking information.

For sanitary reasons I can't accept the return of earrings. Those sales are final.

General, good to know information

Tiny is my jam. I love wearing and making dainty, feminine jewelry.
Subsequently, all photos are enlarged to show detail. Please read the descriptions carefully, I note the exact dimensions and some of the components can be very small.

All orders are shipped with USPS tracking included, if your package shows delivered and is not in your mailbox please contact me as soon as possible to begin the process of tracking it down (within at least 3 days of 'delivered' scan.) I can assist with the filing of a missing mail form through USPS.
Standard shipping + insurance option is now available at checkout. Please know that if you forgo insurance and your package is lost after delivery I will not be able to replace your package or issue a refund. An upgrade of shipping with insurance is highly recommended.
Priority Shipping automatically comes with insurance if the package is lost by USPS.
