My order hasn't arrived
I am not responsible for orders after they have shipped. If you haven't received your order and it is marked as 'delivered' or it looks like it is stuck halfway, please contact your local USPS office. They should be able to look up its last location and find it. Unfortunately there isn't anything I can doafter they receive it. You will have to submit a claim with the post office to be refunded if your item does not arrive. Items with tracking info are insured through usps.
