--LEAD TIME REQUIREMENT--
My shop has a minimum of 3 weeks lead time requirement prior to your event date.
Once you submit your order and payment, I add your toppers to my scheduling calendar. You don’t have to worry about your toppers “going bad” because I actually make them 4-5 days before shipping them.
-Fondant & lace decorations need to be well dried before packaged and shipped.-
I generally time your order to be delivered the week of your event to maintain product freshness.
If payment is not received within 3 days the order will be canceled.

--Shipping Savings--
I combine shipping costs for multiple item purchases. I refund any shipping costs paid over the actual shipping cost to ship an order. If preferred, please contact me with the items you are interested in and I can quote shipping and set the order up as a special reserve order.

--Shipping methods--
All orders are shipped as Registered mail (signature required) using the Hellenic Postal Services and delivered by the recipient’s local Postal Services (USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail,etc). 
A tracking number is available once an order is shipped and it will be provided.

Estimated Arrival Times :
• USA : 8-15 business days
• Europe : 3-10 business days
• Canada: 3-8 weeks
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania : 8-15 business days
• Asia Pacific: 2-6 weeks
I’m doing my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on each country’s Postal Services.

Some countries may charge customs fees. I cannot guarantee this information and buyers are responsible for paying their own customs fees.

Hints & Tips:
** The moisture from the frosting tends to really soften the fondant toppers so I recommend applying the toppers immediately prior to your event. It is very rare but, in extreme humidity, the colors on the toppers can bleed if they are applied to the frosting too early.
**I recommend applying to soft frosting but, if your frosting has hardened, use a small dab of water on the back of the topper to attach it to the frosting.
