Custom and personalized orders
Custom orders can be made upon request - please contact me to ensure that an item can be made.
Please be aware that colors may appear slightly different in person depending on what device/screen you are viewing listings on.
*1-4 weeks processing time is required, or longer/shorter depending on quantity & type of order.
*All made to order/custom orders are final.
*Please note once packages are in the possession of USPS or Fed Ex, It is out of my control if packages are misplaced, lost or damaged. Please ensure address provided is accurate. Returned items due to non delivery will not be refunded.
Care instructions
Glassware is fragile and must be handled with care. Paint mediums used are also delicate (chalk and metallic).
The various paints used for my items are high quality and sealed; however, they are delicate.

*Do not place items in oven, microwave or dishwasher. Do not wash or submerge glassware in water

It is not my responsibility if an item is damaged due to dropping or falling at home.
Items painted with chalk paint are delicate. Although sealed, it is possible for flaking or cracks/chips to occur. You may seal items again using creme wax or protective spray.
To clean, wipe down with a soft cloth.
Are returns allowed?
Due to COVID, Returns and exchanges are not allowed at this time.
Cancellations/refunds are not permitted for custom/made to order listings
Cancellations are not permitted unless order is cancelled within 4 hours of being placed.
Please be aware that colors may appear slightly different in person depending on what device/screen you are viewing listings on.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order and I’ll do my best to resolve any issues.
Shipping
Due to current shipping delays, processing times may be extended to 1-3 weeks.
Please ensure shipping address provided while placing an order is correct and current. If an item is returned to us due to an invalid address, a refund will not be provided. It is the buyers responsibility to provide correct address and buyer will be responsible for re-shipping the item.
Lightofbella is not responsible for shipping delays or packages lost caused by these disruptions.
We offer shipping upgrades, as well as combined shipping.
What if I like something, but prefer other colors?
Not a problem! We can recreate most of my items to your liking! Just send usa message with color or style ideas and we can work together on creating your perfect item!
Do you offer coupons?
From time to time, we offer promotions and discounts. Please see listings for eligible items that qualify for discounts.
If a coupon code is offered, I will provide the code to customers and post on LightOfBella’s Facebook page as well as our Instagram page!

What happens if I place an order but haven’t provided you with a correct shipping address?
We ship to the address provided to us in the order and are not held responsible for incorrect or outdated addresses. Packages that are undeliverable as addressed and/or are returned to us, can be re-shipped at the buyers expense plus a 10% fee of original purchase price. In the event this occurs, a refund cannot be issued - as stated, all sales are final.
It is the buyers responsibility to reach out to USPS and instruct them to either forward the package to the correct address, or to have them return to sender.
If this occurs and you wish to then cancel the order, we cannot provide any refunds at this time.
Do you provide refunds?
This varies on the situation. Since we do not accept returns or refunds, a full refund (will be provided ONLY if you received the wrong item (ie, a vase instead of wall art, etc).
Signatures may be required for orders. It is buyers responsibility to contact USPS if they will not be home to receive.
If a package is returned to me by USPS for customer not claiming packages, a refund will not be provided. It is your responsibility to connect with USPS for package delivery.

What if I want a refund because the item I received does not look like the pictures?
You will be provided a refund IF you received the incorrect item (ie a vase vs mason jar set).
Made to order listings clearly state that variations may occur as each of these listings are made to order.
*For example, hand painted stripes or polka dots vary in size than pictured - this is due to the item(s) being made to order. This does not qualify for you receiving the “wrong” item; therefore, no refunds are permitted.
Please be aware that flowers and props displayed in photos are NOT included with purchase, unless the listing description states that flowers are included.
Please read each listing description carefully for quantity and size of items - many photos are “staged” and used for inspirational purposes.

What happens if my item(s) arrive damaged?
If you receive a package from LightOfBella that is damaged/broken, please provide me with photo(s) within 24 HOURS of delivery of the package and contents.
Packages are all insured and claims can be filed by buyer with the appropriate shipping carrier.
