Orders are packaged in bubble mailers -size varying by quantity of item - and each polish wrapped over cautiously in bubble wrap.

Nail Polish should always be stored in a dry, cool place.

Over time it can be normal for polish ingredients to begin to separate. I place two tiny mixing balls in each bottle I make. Should you come across separation or glitter gathering at the bottom, just give it a good shake.

Staining is something that can happen with certain blue and green based pigments and even occasionally others. To fix this try using a base coat before applying any color. (I prefer Orly Rubberized Base Coat).

Because I make smaller batches at a time, there may be slight inconsistencies in color, glitter quantity, etc. Still, feel free to send me photos so we can figure out if it's a different issue.

All of my polishes have the same quality base to them, however the additions to my polishes can vary drastically for the type. For instance, thermal polishes have a much more expensive component then a regular solid polish. I have to add the smallest amount I can to afford to continue using the best components I can.
