No communication, never shipped. After I purchased the item the shop "took a break". Had to get a refund from Etsy.

I was very disappointed that my order had to be cancelled but the seller explained why and I fully understand. She also issued an immediate refund. Because of her customer service, I am still giving her a good review. I hope to do business with her again in the future and for now asking God's support for her and her family.

I cannot give a review of the seller and this shop. After the order/purchase was made, there was no shipping nor communication by the seller. I do not know what the reason was for a "no response" by the seller, therefore I will not speak unkindly regarding the seller or the shop. Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances come up in life that cannot be helped. Therefore, I will not give a bad review about this seller or purchase. Never received item. Never received contact back after 3 times trying to contact. Had to go through Etsy to have money returned. Disappointed I had to write a negative review.

Never received item and seller wouldn’t respond to messages. Had to open a complaint with Etsy to get my money back. Very disappointed as the item I bought isn’t something that I can get somewhere else. Seller mentioned personal difficulties as a reason it was late but never did mail it out or respond to my other messages. During all this she closed her shop without sending my item but kept the money.
