Care instructions
Keep your soaps in a dry and cool area to maximize their shelf life. The soaps never go bad, but when stored for too long (over 6 months) or improperly, the natural oils of the soaps will start to seep and may impact the aesthetic of the soap. However, it does not alter the soaps function or benefits whatsoever.
To lengthen the lifespan of your soap bar, keep it on a water draining dish so it has a chance to dry between use.

All products sold on this website are handmade with natural ingredients and hand packaged so final products might vary slightly from one order to another.
Custom and personalised orders
We do not accept exchanges or refunds due to the nature of the products. However, if a product was shipped to you incorrectly, please reach out with a picture of what was received upon unpacking your parcel and we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge!
What are your soaps made of? What if I’m allergic?
All soaps listed in LiveMoss Etsy Shop are made of naturally derived ingredients, organic when possible. In the event that a sensitivity occurs due to the use of any of the soaps, stop use immediately and consult your physician. LiveMoss and its owner accepts no liability due to the usage of its products.
I personally test each and every one of the products I list in this store, but we are all different. As with most natural products, please use with care and be aware of how your body reacts to it.
Gift wrapping and packaging
I do provide Gift wrapping - just send me a direct message and I can arrange something special!
For regular orders, the entire order is packaged as minimally as possible with kraft paper that is recyclable and compostable, tied together with a twine rope. To minimize labelling, we do not wrap each product individually. Instead, we identify the details of your order directly on the kraft paper wrapper.
Generally, we use recyclable and compostable shipping packaging. However, whenever available we will reuse shipping boxes from packages we receive. No point in making it go through the recycling process while it's still got good legs!
