Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this time.

What shipping company do you use?

Depends.

For smaller items, packages will be shipped via FedEx or USPS directly to your door.

For larger items, such as furniture and lamps, we will use Greyhound Package Express. You will be responsible for picking up your item at the nearest Greyhound station unless prior arrangements are made with our store.

Are the shipping quotes set prices?

All shipping quotes are estimates and shipping fees could change based on destination of the item. We try to come as close as possible, but there may be additional charges based on weight, fuel costs, carrier, etc. Please provide your zip code prior to ordering for an accurate quote.

Will shipping costs be refunded to me if it is lower than quoted?

We try to be as accurate as possible when it comes to shipping charges. We do not make money off shipping. If the item is shipped and for some reason the shipping charge is less than quoted, we will refund the difference if it is more than $7.

Can I preview an item in person?

Yes! If you are local, you are more than welcome to come view the item in person. Just send us a message and we will arrange a time that works for you.
