How do I download the templates?
After purchasing your templates, you will receive an email from Etsy with a link to the download instructions PDF.
Do I need a Canva Free or a Canva Pro account?
The templates are designed to be fully accessible and customizable with a Free Canva account. Having a Canva Pro account offers additional benefits, but it is not necessary.
Can I customize the templates?
Yes, everything in the templates can be customized to align with your unique brand: colors, fonts, texts, elements, images and videos.
Can I use the templates for commercial purposes?
Yes, you can use the templates to create content for your own business, both in digital and print form.
You are however not allowed to resell, distribute or share the editable Canva templates files with others neither in their original form nor with any adjustments made. See copyright and licensing terms.
It is also not allowed to use the templates to create products for others (Done-For-You, Print on Demand etc.) to re-sell or gift, other than for yourself.

Can I get a refund or exchange?
As these are digital products, refunds and exchanges are unfortunately not possible. In case that you encounter any technical issues, please get in touch and I will be happy to resolve it.
What are the copyright and licensing terms?
All templates may be fully customized by you including colors, fonts, texts, elements, images and videos. You may use them in their original or customized form for your business, in both digital and print.
The license is for one person per purchase only: you.
The templates and their final products, whether customized or not, remain the intellectual property of Longevity x Design and are protected under international copyright law.
It is strictly prohibited to resell, share or distribute the template files in any form, whether in their original form or edited or to use them to make products for others to re-sell or gift.
