Good morning, Unfortunately, I can't leave a positive review. I contacted the seller at least three or four times, but never received a response. As a result, I never received my item, I wasn't refunded, and I was left with no solution. I find this totally unacceptable, and I am very disappointed with this experience. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to express myself.

Bonjour, Je ne peux malheureusement pas laisser un avis positif. J’ai contacté le vendeur au moins trois ou quatre fois, sans jamais recevoir de réponse. Résultat : je n’ai jamais reçu mon article, je n’ai pas été remboursée, et je suis restée sans aucune solution. Je trouve cela totalement inadmissible, et je suis très déçue de cette expérience. Merci de m’avoir donné l’occasion de m’exprimer.
