Use a high‑quality, front‑facing photo of your pet in good lighting. Clear images ensure your personalized dog hat looks perfect. If your photo isn’t suitable, we will contact you via email.
Do I have to include my pet’s name?
Nope! You can select to have your products created with or without your pet’s name.
Can I see the design before it’s made?
Yes, we will send you a proof within 24 hours. Unlimited revisions are included — we don’t produce your custom pet portrait hat until you approve the design.
Does the trucker hat fit well? Is it a snapback?
Yes, the trucker hat is designed for a comfortable fit and features an adjustable snapback closure, allowing you to customize the size for your comfort.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If your custom hat arrives damaged or with an error, we’ll replace it free of charge.
