Where do orders ship from?
Items are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner (often shipping from the US). The shipping origin and delivery estimate are shown on each listing/at checkout.
Made to order — what does that mean?
We produce each piece after you order to reduce waste and keep every drop intentional.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery is provided on Etsy. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you message us quickly, we’ll try to help. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Returns & exchanges
Because items are made to order, we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll fix it.
Damaged or wrong item?
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or resolution.
