Regarding Mail:
Our local SingPost postage team has informed me that many countries' postal services will not cover tracking at their end anymore for registered items that have reached their countries. Orders are only trackable up to the point they reach your country. If you prefer to have a tracking right to your doorstep, postage cost will greatly increase (EMS or FedEx). Please feel free to check in with me on how much it may cost to you.

Please note I will not refund any orders that are delayed/stolen/missing/damaged once tracking shows your package has reached destination country. If you raise any issues with Etsy/Paypal to force a refund from me, you will be blacklisted from purchasing from me ever again.

We are happy to share screenshots of tracking on our local postal site to aid in the collection of your packages from your local postal service. There had been cases where delivery was made but the postman did not press the doorbell, others where the package was sitting in the same room as the staff attending to your case for days...
