necklaces, bracelets and anklets can and will be made to the nearest 1/4 inch
i measure the wearable portion, just to the inside of the clasp.
rings can and will be made to the nearest 1/4 size
i use a standard sized ring mandrel to make my rings.
the better measurement you give me the better your jewelry will fit perfectly.

i have found that Dawn dish soap makes a fantastic jewelry cleaner! quickly remove smudges and light tarnish with an old toothbrush, warm water and a drop of liquid dish soap. lightly scrub then rinse with cool water. pat dry with a paper towel.
be careful. dont drop your jewelry down the drain.

all 3 dimensional items will be placed in a cotton filled box.
other items will be packed in a biodegradable plastic zip style baggie then wrapped in small amount of bubble wrap.
all items will be gift wrapped with colorful tissue paper and then placed in a beautiful organza drawstring gift bag (heart, stars or butterfly pattern).
not only will it be pretty enough for a gift but it will be safely packaged using minimal materials.

i am an artisan jeweler, no mass productions are made in my studio.
however,
i love to work with other artisans. there are a great many of my items purchased in bulk to be incorporated into their final product.

i have also worked with many retailers who like to purchase finished/ready to wear items to be resold in their gift shops.

some of my designs have more price flexibility then others, therefore, for wholesale orders, please convo me with the list of items and quantity desired i will give you the best price offer and production time i need.

it doesn't happen often but packages are sometimes mis-delivered. i recommend that you check the following:
-members of your household
-neighbors
-postal carrier
-local post master - have your tracking number with you

if you are not successful in recovering your package,
contact me so that we can come to an arrangement that works for the both of us (i may need your assistance if i need to file an insurance claim). i will work with you to find it/replace it/reship it.

rest assured that i take great care to very carefully package every item so that it is well protected and i have never had a package arrive damaged.
