Is shipping cost including price?

There is NO shipping cost for USA, Canada and Germany.

What kind of printing papers do you use?

We have 3 different papers for all design that are:
🖼️Fine Art Paper (285 gsm): Luxurious and durable for gallery standard quality.
🪩Semi-Gloss Paper (180 gsm): Bright white with a satin finish for vivid color reproduction.
🎨Matte Paper (200 gsm): Non-reflective and perfect for a contemporary look, optimized for artwork.

Can I have a file size that is not listed?

Of course you can. If you like the design and let me know the size you want, you can rest assured that I will do my best.

Do you offer Custom and personalised orders?

We are often able to customize the colors of my prints and if you message us directly we do occasionally accept commissions too. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have an idea that you want to bring to life.

We are also able to make minor changes to apparel designs as well. If you have any modifications, please let us know via direct message.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a direct message from us including tracking code for your orders. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a message

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please message us within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

What’s your return policy?

At this time, returns and exchanges aren't part of our service since each item is custom-made. However, if there are any concerns with your purchase, kindly reach out to us via message, and we'll collaborate with you to address them satisfactorily. Typically, we do not accommodate cancellations once the order is in production, initiated immediately after placement. If you need to cancel, please contact us promptly. If production hasn't commenced, we can assist with cancellation requests.

Do you offer refunds?

Typically, refunds are reserved for customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If either of these situations applies to you, please contact us with accompanying photos of the incorrect or damaged items, and we'll address the matter accordingly.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Currently, due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not facilitate exchanges. For clothing orders, if you're uncertain about the appropriate size, we encourage you to consult our sizing charts. Each item featured in our store has its own sizing chart displayed in the product images. While uncommon, there may be instances where an item is incorrectly labeled. Should this occur, kindly inform us promptly upon receiving your order. Please provide your order number along with photos of the mislabeled item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

My package is lost!

Oh dear! If your package goes missing during transit, please contact us, and we'll make every effort to track it down. If the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
