Frequently asked questions
How will I receive my files?
If you are ordering an invitation, you will receive an email from Templett within a few minutes. You will need to create a password so that you may edit your invitation and save all your work. Instructions for your invitation are included with each purchase.
If you are ordering an instant download file your file will be ready for download as soon as payment clears, usually within a couple minutes. Downloads are found under the Purchases and Reviews section of your Profile.
Are the graphics customizable?
We are unable to alter any graphics (art) on the invitations. We also cannot sell individual graphics to customers.
Do you have editable templates?
All of the invitations currently for sale in the shop are DIY editable templates only. We do not offer any designer edited invitations or template products. Instructions are included with purchase and we are happy to provide assistance through Etsy messages.
Do you offer a custom design service?
Mad and Jules Paperie is unable to offer custom designs. This includes but is not limited to the customizing of games or signs already offered in the shop. We do not create custom invitations or alter existing invitations.
Do you offer a printing service?
Mad and Jules Paperie does not offer a printing service. We also do not offer recommendations on printing services, as printing options vary widely based on a customer's budget and location.
Do you offer refunds?
All the products sold here are digital in nature, and as such will not be refunded unless there is an extenuating circumstance, such as the buyer accidently purchased two of the same item. Refunds will NOT be provided because the customer did not read the listing or understand what they were buying. We are always here to provide any answer to questions before and after purchase.
