I typically use a 2 inch font for names and a 3 inch font for monograms. If you want the name to be larger, please understand that the letters will be closer together. I only have enough space for the name to be 6 inches long. If you need two names they will be stacked if they do not fit into the 6 inches space. Granny does not charge extra for names over 6 letters like other shop do. I have hundreds of fonts to pick from. If you have a basket from another shop that you need the font matched, please send me a picture and I will do my best to match the font. Messages are answered in the morning, noon and in the evening.

Please leave correct spelling of names or proper placement of initials before placing an order. If you want the name is all capital letters you must state all caps or name will be monogrammed as a name is properly written. Monograms will have the last name placed in the center. First, Last, Middle. If using the stacked monogram the initials should be listed as first, middle, last.

USPS IS STILL HAVING ISSUES DELIVERING PACKAGES. IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE AND IT HAS BEEN IN TRANSIT FOR MORE THAN 10 DAYS PLEASE LET ME KNOW SO I CAN FILE THE PROPER PAPER WORK TO LOCATE THE PACKAGE.

SHIP DATES ARE NOT NECESSARY THE DATE ORDERS WILL SHIP. ORDERS ARE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER THAT THEY ARE RECEIVED. SOME ORDERS COULD TAKE 7-10 DAYS LONGER FOR PRODUCTION THAN WHAT SHIP DATE SHOWS.

Packages are insured for $50. If you need more insurance please let me know and I will invoice for the extra insurance. If there is a problem with the order you must contact the shop within 48 hrs. If the mistake is on my part the item will be replaced.

Orders will be monogrammed according to the invoice. If you need to make a change for the monogram please message me with a request to change the name or initials, font or color of the font. No changes will be made without a conformation on the change. Please make sure you stated that you want to make a change on the invoice. I will respond with a question asking if you are asking me to make changes to the invoice. I will need you to agree that you want the changes made. My shop is not responsible for mistake made by customer. No changes will be made to invoice if shop does not receive a message stating that there needs to be a change.

I DO NOT GUARANTEE shipment until your order is finished. I try my best to give you a scheduled ship date, but please bare with me if I am late on your order. I cannot control everything in my life, and although I try to work 5 days a week, it is not always possible. PRODUCTION TIME for non-ready to ship items, Production time is typically 3-12 DAYS- if it falls on a weekend order may ship the first following non-holiday weekday as I try to restrict my business to Monday thru Friday. Shipping time is in addition to production time, so please allow an additional 5-10 days for shipping. Production time begins when order is paid in full. The close to the holidays my production time WILL BE LONGER! So Please order Early.! Production time is subject to change at any time, so please be aware of the current time period when you place your order. This is shown in my Home Page.

SHIPPING: All orders are shipped to address on invoice. Please make sure address is correct before placing the order. Most orders are shipped, USPS 1st class or USPS Priority Mail, unless otherwise requested. If you prefer another shipping method, please confirm it with me before you place your order. I can not promise any shipping date unless you have contacted me prior to your purchase to confirm your ship date. I complete all orders in the order/date as they were placed. RESPONSE TIME: I try to respond to customer emails within 24 to 48 hours. On the weekends (and all holidays) I like to spend time with my family and it may be 48+ hours before I can get back to you. If I stop sewing to answer each message I would never get an sewing done.

If item has to be returned due to my mistake, it must be shipped within 48 after item was delivered. No refunds will be given. If I ship the wrong item or the monogram is not as stated on invoice I will refund or exchange. If there is a problem with the order please let me know within 24 hours after delivery is made.
