Working with this artist was a delight. She was very communicative and followed through on what she promised. The mugs I ordered are SO CUTE--I love them as did the gift recipient. It is not cheap shipping from Italy to the US but I think the end result was worth it!! Ciao!

Coffee mug and teacup/saucer made it in good condition. Beautiful items. The owl mug will be a Christmas gift for my daughter-in-law. The black kitty on the teacup looks exactly like my mama cat! Thank you for cat pin and seeds. Loved the recycled packaging!!!

I draw and paint on ceramic with traditional colour, i.e. powder pigments that are kiln fired at 1400° Fahrenheit, not hobbystic enamels or ceramic pens. Neither I use screenprinted images or decals.
Please allow slightly variations in the making of a new item: it's the beauty of the product made just for you.

Custom duties and taxes are buyer's responsability.

Shipping

Ceramic items are fragile so I wrap them carefully in heavy cardboard boxes.
Tiles and trays are protected with plastic boards or similar.
Shipping costs include post fares and protective wrapping material.
... and it takes a lot of time to wrap carefully a ceramic piece!

I will ship your purchase within 3/4 business days from payment and I will contact you to confirm your parcel has been shipped.

Be sure your address is correct; if you don't specify anything different I will ship to your Etsy address.

Items are shipped with International ORDINARY Airmail: there is no tracking or insurance, to save more costs and custom taxes, at least for flat packets.

Let me know if you prefer another way of shipping BEFORE your purchase, so I can estimate new shipping costs for you, thanks.
