Frequently asked questions
Help! Where is my purchase? I didn't get an email from Etsy.
Don't worry. Your digital purchases will always be connected to your receipt. Go to the top right of the page, click the arrow next to your user icon, and click "Purchases and Reviews". You will see a black bar that sways Download Files. Etsy will store your files for years. If this doesn't work, contact me and we'll work it out.
Can you print your products for me?
I don't offer that service. I don't keep a color printer. I take my images to Staples and have them printed on the 28lb Standard White paper Staples offers. The cost is around 70 cents per page. This suits my needs and works well when you make ornies.
What kind of paper should I use?
This depends on the craft you're doing, there are probably hundreds of options out there. I *always* suggest finding an expert in that craft and following their advice. Learning about paper terminology like weight and GSM will be helpful to you, too. If it seems daunting, don't worry, you can do it. It's just simple terminology.
Here are some resources I've used and trust:

Can I sell handmade crafts using your craft supplies?
YES! That's exactly what I make them for. Anything you make by hand is allowed and encouraged and I love to see pictures of how my lovely customers use the items I make and how inventive they are.
Do I need a license to sell?
If you are making a handmade craft, no. There is no license necessary. A license is required if you are having my work professionally printed, such as but not limited to: in a coloring book, an album cover, stickers or textiles. I will sell a license for use for a full year and you will have the option to renew the license.
The listings I purchased aren't printing properly.
Is the listing printing too large, or too small? Then your printer is scaling the image. Go into your printer settings and make sure that scaling is turned off and that your printer is printing at 100%.
If the color is off / striped, you need to check your printer ink cartridges.
Reach out to me if you have other issues.
