What can I expect to receive back for a return or exchange?

You will receive the sales price of the item, minus original shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Item must be received back in the condition it was sent. This policy applies to buyer remorse only. If the item is received damaged or not as advertised, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Under what circumstances do you accept returns?

Although we do accept returns, we highly suggest that you review all photos and complete descriptions before purchasing. Most items are not in perfect condition and we do our best to show and describe any imperfections that make our items unique. These items are 20 to over 100 years old. Vintage items could become defective at any time but have been described to the best of my ability as they are at the time of listing. While you can return, it does cost you for return shipping so our ultimate goal is to make sure you are happy with each item.

This policy applies to buyer remorse only. If the item is received damaged or not as advertised, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We are happy to offer gift wrapping! You can add gift wrapping on at checkout for $4.00. "Marking an item as a gift" will only remove pricing from the packing slip. Gift messages are always free. Our current gift wrap option is for the holidays. Please be sure to add your to/from, any greeting, and if you prefer the plaid or polka dot side in your order notes. If you are purchasing gift wrap for another occasion besides the holidays, let us know and we can make it more neutral.

Sizing details

Be sure to check out the description of each item for sizing in inches. Sometimes it is hard to tell from photos. If you need an item converted to other measurement, let us know!

Item Condition

This shop sells vintage and antique items. That means that most likely, every item has been previously used. Although we do our best to point out obvious flaws and issues, we cannot guarantee that an item will perform as originally intended unless we comment that the item has been tested. These items are 20-100 years old. We have no idea how these items were stored or what they have been through. Unless an item is explicitly marked otherwise, all items in this shop are sold as decor only.

Photography and Color

When buying items online, we will try to light an object in such a way as to show it's true color. It is always best to view the video if there is one as this will show multiple lightings. Please be advised that your monitor or phone settings can make a color show up slightly different. Please be advised that showing something in a situation with less light might make the item look different. If you ever have a question about a color, let us know!

Exchange/Return/Damages Process

If you have an issue or question about an item, use Messages on Etsy to contact us ASAP and we will get right back to you! A review is not a way to contact us. Sometimes we don't see a review until a while after it is posted. It does not go to our inbox or illicit any sort of response. A review is a reflection of the whole process. If we have not been given the opportunity to fix your issue, it's not a fair review. We will not be able to do any partial or full refunds after a review has been left. We definitely always appreciate the opportunity to fix an issue before you leave a review!

Items Damaged During Shipping

We try to pack all items to withstand the rigors of shipping but sometimes, things get broken. If your item arrives broken, please send us a message right away with photos of the broken item and condition of the box it arrived in. Please save all packing materials and box. You may need to provide these items to the shipping company for refund.

Return Policy For OFFERS

If you make an offer of over 20% off an item and it is accepted, this item will not be eligible for return. Please be sure to review ALL photos and DESCRIPTION where we will detail all flaws BEFORE making an offer.
