You may sell your handmade creations from my PDF patterns under these conditions:

Give full credit to www.MarciGirlDesigns.com for the patterns (this applies to online and offline.)
For example, when you’re selling one of your handmade items from my pattern online include a sentence like this; “This pattern was designed by www.MarciGirlDesigns.com.” A link to my shop would also be really appreciated. When selling your handmade creation from my pattern offline, write this same sentence down on the tag.

The finished products may only be made by crafters for their own personal use. It may not be mass produced.


All of the items in my shop are made in a pet and smoke free home.

Returns and exchanges
All of my pieces are unique, so that makes exchanges pretty much impossible, so I am not offering that option at this time, but I will be happy to refund your money (shipping costs non-refundable) as long as the item is returned within 7 days and you email me within 24 hours of receiving the item. I will refund your money as long as the item is in good, undamaged condition, basically I need to receive the item in the same shape I sent it to you. I am not responsible if the USPS damages the item.

No refunds or exchanges on PDF patterns.
Payment
Paypal preferred, money orders are also accepted. Paypal payment must be received within 72 hours (3 days) and money orders need to be received with 7 days of purchase, otherwise your order will be cancelled. Sorry!
Shipping
I recently updated my shipping prices and am not in the business to profit off of the shipping charges, this being said, I will refund any shipping overages that are excessive of the actual shipping cost.

I ship USPS and usually the next day, but please allow up to 3 business days. Sorry, no shipping on holidays. Normally I will ship first class, priority mail or parcel post, I will use the fastest most economical method - I want you to get your purchase as quickly as possible! If you live locally, I can always arrange a local pickup to save you on shipping charges.

I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. If you have any special shipping need, just let me know!

Make sure that your Etsy address is correct, because that is the address that I will be shipping to, unless you note otherwise in the check-out process.

PDF Patterns will be emailed within 24 hours of purchase.

Additional policies and FAQs
If you need a receipt in your package please ask me for one, otherwise I allow you to print your own to save paper. I use recycled boxes for shipping...if that bother's you let me know!
