Announcement    Hello and welcome to Marie Goodchild, here you will find a range of pretty & patterned greeting cards for many occasions, illustrated and designed by Marie Goodchild from the small seaside town where she lives.

Nearly all of the greeting cards are professionally printed onto 100% recycled fibres using the finest papers and are made in the UK.

I set up Marie Goodchild cards because i love celebrating milestones and special occasions with family and friends and especially find joy in the tradition of sending greeting cards. This obsession and passion with either creating or buying cards began as a child when i would make and send cards for everyone in my family.

Choosing the perfect greeting card to send to a loved one is such a personal and beautiful act of giving, although it is a simple gesture it can spread much happiness, love and joy and make someone feel appreciated all in one moment.

We all search for those cards and gifts that allow us to make a personal connection between yourself and your recipient, we want to let them know just how loved and special they are to us, or simply that we are thinking of them. I am so happy i get to be involved in your card giving process with my beautiful range of sustainably produced greeting cards.

All the greeting cards are sent with free standard 2nd class Royal Mail postage on all orders to mainland UK with the option to pay to upgrade to 1st class Royal Mail postage, there are regular different deals and discounts to be had so be sure to check our Etsy shop when buying your greeting cards.

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Please note that packages will not be sent out until payment has been cleared.

Shipping

All purchases aim to be sent out to you within three to five days this gives us time to make and package your item, postage time is then added on top of this, if there is a problem our end in achieving this time frame we will contact you to discuss your options.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail standard 2nd class postage, Delivery time after we post items according to the Royal Mail website is currently 1-3 working days for UK orders. If you require recorded or signed for delivery please enquire for charges before ordering.

International shipping will incur a fee which is stated in each individual listing.

International Shipping:

Any customs and duty fees incurred due to international shipping are the responsibility of you, the customer.

Shipping Times:

3-10 working days for European orders.
1-3 weeks for US, Canada, Australia and the rest of the world.

AS A SELLER I AM NOT ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY POST THAT IS RETURNED TO ME FOR NON COLLECTION FROM YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE, I WILL RE POST THE ITEM TO YOU AT THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE PRICE YOU PAID AT TIME OF PURCHASING, THE BUYER WILL PAY THIS NEW POSTAGE FEE.

As a small business i am sure you can understand i can not afford extra postage costs as this is a regular occurance. If the item is lost or damaged this is a completely different situation. Lying about not receiving post is considered fraud and The Royal Mail do investigate each incidence :)
