Personalized Party Favors & Supplies

I started Max & Bella in 2007 and it has been one of the most rewarding experience of my life. I have a background in graphic design and marketing and have always loved creating paper good items for special events such as social events, weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, bridal showers and parties.

I have two children, my oldest finishing up her college education and my youngest, a freshman in college. When I'm not working in the studio, I'm outside photographing landscapes and flowers.

Everything listed in my shop is handmade and created personally by myself in my studio. From designing and printing, to creating and cutting, to packaging and shipping, I do it all! It's a lot of work, but I love what I do and I put my heart and soul into each and every item created.

It has been an amazing journey and I am truly blessed and thankful for all my amazing customers that have allowed me do what I love each and everyday. Thank you all your love and support for the past 13 years on Etsy and looking forward to many more!

All orders are shipped via STANDARD FIRST CLASS USPS MAIL with an estimated delivery time of 9-10 business days. This form of shipping includes a tracking number .

Please note that our shipping fees include 'shipping and handling' which include packaging supplies (i.e., envelopes, cello bags, ink, paper, labels, etc).

If you need your order sooner, you may opt to upgrade shipping to FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL which typically takes two to three days to most locations in the US however, this is NOT a guaranteed service. Rates for Flate Rate Priority Mail start at $6. and up and include a DELIVERY CONFIRMATION tracking number.

EXPRESS MAIL is the only form of shipping that is guaranteed delivery or your money back however, it's considerably more expensive (rates starting at $18.). If you have any questions about any of these forms of shipment, please let me know. :)

Credit card and Paypal payments are accepted. Please note all CA residents will pay 8.25% tax upon paypal checkout.


I ship worldwide and offer shipping discounts to Max and Bella customers who purchase more than one item. I send via USPS First Class mail which usually takes 6-8 business days to deliver (within the US). International shipping usually takes 7-10 business days. If you need a quicker turn around, please be advised that an added $10. rush fee will apply (in addition to shipping charges) to all rush orders.


Please be aware that I am NOT responsible for any lost packages or delayed orders that may occur during the shipping process. It is your responsibility to request insurance for your items. Due to winter storms and months with high volume mail, mail delivery can be delayed which unfortunately is beyond my control. If you have any concerns about delivery, please convo me and I will provide you the insurance cost as well as upgraded priority shipping. Thanks! :)


Unless specified, I always ship to the Etsy address listed on the transaction receipt. However, if you prefer to have your items shipped to your paypal account address, please send me a convo or provide me with the shipping address in the "Note to Seller" section on your paypal transaction.

► What is the lead time?

My current lead time is 9-10 business days plus shipping time. If you need your order sooner, please add the rush fee listing to your order located under "RUSH Order" in the item sections.

► Do you provide a proof?

Unless stated otherwise, a proof is not provided.
For custom orders (items made upon request) or upon buyer's request a proof will be made. The proof will be sent via an Etsy conversation within 1-2 business days. If no response is received within 2 business days after sending, the order will be shipped as proofed. After approving the proof, the order may not be cancelled. Two rounds of proof are included, any additional changes will incur an additional fee of $5. (this fee does not apply if changes are required due to an error on my part)

► Do you offer backside printing?

Yes! Backside printing is available for an additional fee per set. For more information and pricing, please send us a convo.
