Are refunds available if I don't like the item I receive?
No. I encourage you to investigate items with the zoom button + request more information/pictures if needed. I try to list any flaws/imperfections in the listing details, but sometimes flaws are overlooked. Vintage is expected to have minor wear from use + age.
**It is the buyers responsibility to inquire additional information if needed - please remember I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Are refunds available for lost packages or wrong address?
No. I am not responsible for any lost packages + emphasize the importance of checking your delivery address to ensure it is correct. If an item is returned back to me because of an insufficient address, it is the buyers responsibility to pay the additional shipping cost.
I recommend upgrading to priority shipping, as if a package is lost I will be able to file an insurance claim to refund the purchase. If priority insurance is not purchased, unfortunately there is nothing further I can do.
Measurements
I try to include every measurement in the item description. Remember, every body is different + we all have different sizing preferences about how items should fit. It is the buyers responsibility to inquire all questions they might have before purchasing. I will always be happy to get extra measurements + include pictures of where exactly I am measuring for the buyer. Please ask all questions you might have before purchasing.
