Here at meagankelly, every gown or garment is handmade with love and care. Our goal is to make your bridal gown dreams come to life without breaking your bank! We know that your wedding day is one of a kind and each bride deserves to feel special on their big day! As all items are made to order, shipping is approximately 2-4 weeks....trust us, it is well worth the wait! This allows us the time we need to create your dream gown! However, other items may ship sooner. Once shipped, please allow roughly 2-5 business days for delivery. If you need this sooner, you can select the rush option upon check out.

Our shop hours are Monday- Sunday between 8AM - 6-PM EST. We are closed on all holidays. Any message received outside of our working hours will be answered the following day. As we are busy not only hand making all gowns and orders, but working with local clients, we promise to return your message just as soon as we can!

We also offer custom designs for all bridal gowns, formal gowns and garments. If you can dream it, we can create it! Please contact us for more details on custom orders.

Due to custom style. color, fabric and measurements, the dresses are non-returnable. Please note that even if you order for a standard size, we will still make the dress based on the chosen color and fabric so this is custom made as well. All dresses are hand made once order is received, therefore, everything is considered CUSTOM MADE. Unless of course we make a huge error like wrong style, wrong color, etc.

Since dye lots vary, as well as computer resolutions, there will be slight discrepancies for color from pictured. Due tot he nature of this unavoidable factor, we highly recommend that you request a swatch of the fabric color if you are debating between colors as we cannot take responsibility for color variation. We will gladly send you some. Please send us a personal message with your request and your address.

It is of extreme importance that our buyers are happy and satisfied with their purchase. For quality problems, please contact us within 7 days upon receiving the dress. Anything after that will no longer be entertained. It is important to send us photos of the dress (better if the bride/client is wearing it) as well as photos of the measurements of the dress to confirm and we will find the best solution.

Please note that we won’t be able to assist if dress has been altered without prior notification.

Please understand that we are not responsible for inaccurate measurements. Custom orders will be produced according to the measurements sent, but alterations may be required locally once your garment is received.

*Also note that for the lace dresses or dresses with some lace details in different lace patterns, even if you order all dresses in one same color code, a slight color difference will be expected. Since they are made in different lace patterns, different thickness and lace appliques, it will affect the final color of the dress so the final color of the dresses varies depending on the lace pattern and thickness
