Hello! I'm Michelle, the owner and creator of Mental Mints ✧

I have a love of visual art and a huge passion for mental health. With my creations, I combine these loves of mine and share them in hopes that self-care and self love become an easier practice for you.

I started journal-ing and bullet journal-ing at the end of my grad school journey, and it really helped me process a lot in my life. I've collected pieces such as stickers, stamps, and everything in between that have helped me turn my journals into visual forms of memories, and I wanted to contribute my own original pieces out there into the world for others to use. :)
