I use a mixture of UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Expedited shipping is available upon request!

Michelle Sasser Designs is not responsible for delays due to shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc…).
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of paper goods, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

We are not responsible for misspellings in approved proofs, so be sure to check your proofs over carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalization and grammar.

Returns based on color are not accepted. All computer monitors are different, so your printed stationery may not match what you see on your monitor.

We carefully check each order prior to printing and shipping, but if there is a problem with your order please let us know as soon as possible!
Additional policies and FAQs
{ Custom Stationery Deposit }

A $25 deposit is required for custom stationery. This deposit is required for your first set of proofs and will apply to your order total. Once we have designed your proofs the deposit cannot be refunded.

{ Proofing Process }

Your order includes 3 rounds of pdf proofs. The first round of proofs will be emailed to you after you have submitted your wording. You may request changes two additional times, resulting in two additional sets of proofs. Each set of proofs after the initial 3 sets will be $25.

Proofs of individual envelopes will be sent for orders that include guest addressing. Please make sure your spreadsheet has been finalized before submitting it. Guest address proofs that require more than 10 individual changes after the initial proof will be subject to a $25 design fee.

Full payment on your order is required before printing begins. The balance will be due after proof approval and before printing.

What's included in the proofing process?

• Personalization of your wording
• Color changes (to any color shown on our color chart)

What's NOT included in the proofing process?

• Font changes ($25 fee if font changes are allowed on the design)
• Major layout changes ($25 fee)
• Custom logos not already shown on the design or graphics changes ($25 fee)


{ Font Changes }

Font changes are not included in the proofing process but can be accommodated on select designs for a $25 design fee. Some invitations, where the design is based around the font, cannot be changed.


{ Custom Colors }

You can personalize your wedding stationery to any of the colors shown on our color chart. Color changes are complimentary and included in the proofing process.

If you would like a color that is not on our color chart there is a $20 fee for custom color formulation. A chart with various custom color options can be printed and mailed to you for $30.


{ Texas State Sales Tax }

A 7.75% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Texas.


{ Cancellation Policy }

For customized stationery that requires proofs, such as wedding invitations, save the dates, menus, programs or personalized place cards, there is a cancellation fee of 25%, if you cancel your order after your proofs have been emailed.

The reason there is a cancellation fee is because of the time we spend creating your custom proofs. When you place an order on our website and commit to using our service, we immediately begin working on your personalized proofs. The design process is included in the pricing of our stationery and after it has been completed we cannot refund that part of the cost.

Once you have approved your proofs and the production process has been started, you cannot cancel your order.


{ Reprinting }

If there are any changes or updates made after the final proof and printing, re-printing is available at a 25% discount.


{Shop Hours}

I spend evenings, weekends and holidays with my family, so if you contact me during this time, you will hear back from me thereafter.
