Frequently asked questions
Are the colours in the photos true to life? Will the fabric look different in person?
We try our best to take photographs that represent our products and fabric colours as accurately as possible. However colours may vary between monitors so if you are unsure about one of our fabrics or need it to be a specific shade, we are more than happy to send you a small swatch at a nominal fee to cover postage. Please contact us if you wish to arrange this.
How long will it take to process my order? Is there an option for rush orders?
Processing times vary between individual items so please check the listing for an accurate time scale. Ready to ship items will be processed quicker than those that are made to order.
We currently do not have an option for rush orders but if you wish to receive an item sooner than the given time frame, please feel free to message us and we will let you know if it is possible to get your order ready any earlier.
Can I put my cushion/ pillow in the washing machine?
Our cushions/ pillows are not machine washable. Instead we recommend removing dust and lint with a lint roller and, if necessary, wipe gently with a damp cloth and leave to air dry. Care instructions are given in every item description.
Can you make this in another colour?
We offer a wide range of colours for you to choose from, however please contact us if you have something else in mind. We may have other colours available that haven't been listed in the shop or we may be able to source a particular colour or fabric just for you.
Can you make this bigger or smaller?
It is often difficult to alter the size of our pillow designs due to fixed details, such as the buttons we use for eyes, that can not be modified. For example, the scale of the owl cushion was based entirely around the size of the buttons to make sure everything looked in proportion. If we were to scale the owl up or down, the eyes would still remain the same and it would look very odd and disproportionate.
It may still be possible to alter some items, particularly embroidery hoops and woven wall hangings, so please feel free to contact us with any queries and we will let you know what is achievable and how much it would cost.
