I just got my order and I am blown away! They were extremely communicative and very patient with all my questions every step of the way. Pictures do not do it justice! It's so lovely! I bought this as part of a birthday/anniversary present for my boyfriend. He is a musician and is working on a song for me, which I sneakily recorded from outside his studio door. They were able to take my low quality recording and turn it into a custom, one-of-a-kind music box! I can't wait to see the look on his face when he opens it and hears the song he wrote!
